1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gyperya", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the gyperya platform and its operating entity, which owns and operates gyperya.net and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the gyperya website at gyperya.net, any mobile-optimised version of that site, and any software applications provided by gyperya to access its services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gyperya Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gyperya account opened by a Player following successful registration and age verification.
• "Services" means all products and features available on the Platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, roulette, slot games, and live dealer games.
• "Funds" means the Philippine Peso (₱) balance held within a Player's gyperya Account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus balances.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account under a gyperya promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Applicable Regulations" means all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and directives applicable to the operation of online gaming services in the relevant jurisdiction, including but not limited to regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gyperya. By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the gyperya Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with gyperya's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and gyperya with respect to the subject matter herein. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to that specific promotion.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active gyperya Account and to use any of the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gyperya strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The opening of an Account by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold a gyperya Account.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of gyperya is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of gyperya, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the gyperya Platform for any reason, including for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of gyperya Services, you are required to create a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any time thereafter is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) gyperya Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, gyperya reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated winnings or bonuses, and withhold Funds pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gyperya Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. gyperya will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

You must notify gyperya immediately via the support contact details provided on the Platform if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of gyperya's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, you may be required to submit supporting documents to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or withdrawal delays.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gyperya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). gyperya supports a range of local payment methods, including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. gyperya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. gyperya does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. gyperya aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Withdrawals involving Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements being satisfied in full prior to processing.

5.3 Refused Transactions

gyperya reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gyperya may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• gyperya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified in the relevant promotion's terms before conversion to withdrawable Funds.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or otherwise circumvent the conditions of any gyperya promotion — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in the forfeiture of associated bonuses and may result in Account suspension.
• gyperya's determination of whether a bonus condition has been satisfied is final and binding.

7. Game Rules & Betting

Each game, betting market, and wagering product available on the gyperya Platform is governed by its own set of game-specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface or betting section. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on all Players.

7.1 Placing Bets

A bet or wager is only considered accepted and binding when gyperya's system has confirmed receipt and acknowledgement of the bet. Bets placed during technical difficulties, system outages, or outside of applicable betting windows may be voided at gyperya's discretion. It is your responsibility to confirm that your intended bet has been accepted before acting on any assumed outcome.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction, an incorrect odds display, a manifest error in game results, or any other technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or betting market, gyperya reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' Accounts. gyperya's decision in such circumstances is final.

7.3 Sabong Betting

Online sabong betting on gyperya is conducted in real time via accredited Philippine cockpit livestreams. All sabong bets are final once confirmed by the system. Sabong results are determined by the officiating body at the relevant cockpit venue and are not subject to dispute by Players based on personal observations of the livestream.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gyperya Platform. Any Player found engaging in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or Account management.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the gyperya Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way that is not part of the standard user interface.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit the Platform's odds or game mechanics.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or through VPN, proxy, or other means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory behaviour toward gyperya staff or other Players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such discovery must be reported to gyperya's support team immediately.
• Facilitating or assisting any third party in committing any of the acts described in this section.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gyperya Platform, including but not limited to the gyperya name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, sound effects, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of gyperya or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the gyperya Platform without gyperya's prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data

gyperya is committed to protecting the personal data of its Players in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by gyperya is governed by gyperya's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering a gyperya Account, you consent to gyperya processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service personalisation. 11. Responsible Gaming

gyperya is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. gyperya provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all Account holders at no charge and with no waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit into their gyperya Account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session reminders or hard time-outs on their Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude their Account for defined periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the time elapsed and amount wagered during the current session.

gyperya strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gyperya, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gyperya Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

gyperya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gyperya makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform or the information contained therein.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, gyperya's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall gyperya's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total Funds deposited by you into your gyperya Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gyperya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, gyperya will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform, by email to the address registered on the Account, or by a prominent notice on the gyperya website.

Your continued use of the gyperya Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the gyperya Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting gyperya's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent gyperya from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
